I absolutely love the service at Kingdom Kia, Phil was wonderful as were all the employees we dealt with while buying our new Sorento. I never once felt pressured or unappreciated during the whole process. My husband and I didn't even plan on driving off in a new vehicle we were just shopping around, but they were so wonderful we drove off in one.

We were treated very well by the Kingdom Kia staff. Dusty, Jimmy, and John were really nice. My wife and I cannot believe how nice of van we were able to purchase. We are truly speachless when we try to describe our van to people who ask us about our purchase. I never thought I would be able to own a vehicle this nice.

I am SO impressed with the Service I recieved on my vehicle!  The Service Department went above and beyond in ensuring our new (Pre-Owned) vehicle was working properly!  Best part was, It was ALL FREE because of buying the vehicle from Kingdom Kia and keeping up with my maintenance!  I HIGHLY recommend Kingdom Kia to everyone!

No way to improve on the service I received yesterday. The service dept was absolutely fantastic, Rose was great in her help with th bluetooth issue. Will definitely be back for all the service and warranty work on our 2010 KIA Soul.

WORTH THE DRIVE !!!! I just wanted to say THANK YOU !!!! I was really a shock to me at the service that I got at your dealership. This will sound a little strange, however, I have owned/had 17 vehicles in the past 22 years. I am not a stranger to the "process". I have owned oldsmobile, chevy, ford (several from the same dealership), ponitac, mazda and the worst mistake a dodge.... So this was my very first Kia !! The fact that the salesman (Phil) was pleasant to work with (and didn´t mind working late) was GREAT.. What shocked me the most was the continued service through the entire process. The whole dang dealership was open till almost 10:00 p.m. on the 7th of April just to get me a "deal" !! :-) When I showed back up the next day to finish paperwork, my gas tank was filled AGAIN, and a representative (Ruth I think is her name)came out to my new car and showed me how to utilize all the features. WOW.. I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT DONE BEFORE... !!! NEVER !!! This past week I called (John I believe)with a question about the payoff, and it was completely taken care of and I was re-assured that my business and happiness was of the utmost importants. (It makes it hard to have buyers remorse with service like that) ha.ha.ha.ha... SOOOO between the rocking new Sorento, the awesome warranty the great sales, customer service and financial staff, you all have made me a kingdom kia customer for the future... I´d like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the outstanding service and yes I can admit for their "patience" with me... (I won´t lie, I´m a bit of a handful ha.ha.ha..) I think they are awesome. I have never had such a pleasant and peaceful experience while buying a car. The salesman (Phil) was eager to work with me on what ever it took to get me in to the car I wanted. The dealership was open real late and made sure I was pleased before I left with the car. Phil was willing to be out in the heat explaining the details of the car to me. They even help you in many ways after you leave with the car. They have awesome extras to assist their customers with the car after you take the car home. I love Kingdom Kia. I will recomment them to everyone I know. Thanks Phil and Ray for all your help

Love the 2010 Optima I bought at KIA in Rolla MO. Steve was the salesman and he was very professional and courteous. He is extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was introduced to the service dept. who were all very nice and Claudia who does the paperwork was very nice and pleasant to talk to. If anyone ask where to buy a car I would highly recommend KIA in Rolla MO and Steve as a salesman. They are very friendly, honest and effcient.

Had no complaints about service at all ryan at the rolla store made things really easy and comfortable. I really appriciated his consideration for my personal belongings and allowed me a few days time to come and get them. I will shop there again and i reccomend that others do too.

Everyone was very helpfull. It took longer than i expected and i had to return to the dealership mutiple times to provide additional paperwork but in the end everyone i worked with was extreemly helpful and in the end i was very happy with the whole experence.

I wanted to thank the salesman Chris for the excellent service he provided to me. I was stranded on the road and he stopped to check on me to make sure I was ok and didnt need any help. I showed up two days later to buy a car, and told him exactly what I was looking for and he provided. He sold me a great car with the payment and price I was exactly looking for. Thanks Kingdom Kia for having such a great sales man as Chris is.

Recently, I had the joy of having my Sportage serviced for some noise under the hood. George not only had a part replaced prviously, but discovered another problem & then went far & beyond & found that the air conditioning compressor was not functioning properly & replaced that also. During the time I waited, I was kept up to date on all that was going on & was even offered a car to go get something to eat, if I chose. Phil & Chivonne would also come by to converse with me & asked if I needed anything. Truly, the staff mentioned are wonderful as is the service. Thank you!!!
