Here at Kingdom Kia, we are confident in the quality and reliability of every new Kia automobile that rolls off the assembly line. Our confidence is backed by an industry-leading Kia 10-year or 100,000-mile warranty program.
The Kia 10-year/100,000 mile limited warranty program* consists of:
- 10-year/100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty.
- 5-year/60,000 mile limited basic warranty.
- 5-year/100,000 mile limited anti-perforation warranty.
- 5-year/60,000 mile roadside assistance plan.
- 5-year/100,000 mile anti-perforation.
- 1-Year/12,000 mile service adjustment.
- 3-year/36,000 mile original equipment battery.
- 3-year/36,000 mile paint.
- 3-year/36,000 mile audio / entertainment.
Each warranty provides coverage until either the yearly or total mileage number is reached, whichever comes first. This warranty program covers vehicles manufactured since 2008. The Kia 10-year/100,000-mile warranty program* gives Kia owners extended protection and added peace of mind against unforeseen service and repairs.
Kia Warranty Second Owner
Many of our customers want to know if they can give the Kia warranty to a second owner. The answer is yes. We're pleased to say, it's that simple.
Here is how it works. The 10-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty switches to a 5-year/60,000-mile limited powertrain warranty when the vehicle is sold, with the remainder transferring to the new owner.
The following warranties also transfer with their remaining time:
- 5-year/60,000-mile limited basic warranty.
- 5-year/100,000-mile limited anti-perforation warranty.
- 5-year/60,000-mile roadside assistance plan.
When you want peace-of-mind and a warranty that outperforms the competition, you want a Kia. The Kia Second Owner Warranty also increases your vehicle's resale value because the warranty transfers, which could make it easier to sell or trade-in your new Forte sedan when the time comes.
Kia Roadside Assistance
A free phone call doesn't help much if nobody will come to help you. Kia offers a network of over 17,000 roadside assistance providers who will come to your aid and assist with the usual minor mishaps of flat tires (provided you have a spare that isn't flat), running out of gas, and dead batteries, and they'll do it free of charge.
If there is a problem that is covered by your warranty that can't be fixed on the spot, your vehicle will be towed to the nearest Kia dealer or Alternate Service Location (ASL) at no cost (whichever is closer) at no cost.
If a break down occurs after-hours, on the weekend, or a holiday, your vehicle will still be towed and stored by a Kia-approved vendor then moved to the nearest dealer or ASL on the next available business morning.
What is not covered by Kia warranty
